- Seller. Gruppo Prua Srl, details in the Legal notice.
- Prices. In euro. Within the European Union they include the VAT of the delivery country; outside the EU they include import duties and taxes. The shipping contribution is shown at checkout.
- Order. The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation email.
- Payment. By the methods shown at checkout, at the time of ordering.
- Delivery. 4–6 working days from dispatch, with tracking.
- Withdrawal. You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw without giving a reason, by writing to info@prua.store. Shoes must be returned unworn, in their original box. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We refund within 14 days of receipt, using the same payment method.
- Warranty. 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery. Normal signs of wear on leather are not defects.
- Governing law. Italian law, without prejudice to the rights your own country grants you as a consumer. Disputes may also be submitted through the EU ODR platform.
