Returns and exchanges

If the size isn’t right, you have 14 days from delivery to exchange it.

1. Write to us at info@prua.store with your order number.
2. We’ll send you instructions for the return shipment.
3. Send the shoes back unworn, in their original box.
4. Once they reach us, we ship your new size.

For an exchange we ask the same fixed contribution as for shipping: we cover the rest.

If you buy from the European Union, the law also gives you the right to withdraw within 14 days for a refund; in that case, return shipping is at your expense. Write to us at info@prua.store.
